Book Review: Wrong by Jana Aston

So, with the island being under a 24 hr curfew/lock down/ flatten the Corona virus curve, I have decided to try shopping my stash of books to pass the time. According to my Kindle records I bought this book three years ago and I started it earlier this week and buckled down and finished it today. Lock down is the perfect time to catch up on my reading right?

It was a tough start. Mainly because I found the supporting character Everly, incredibly annoying.

The story follows a college senior who works at a coffee shop and has a crush on an older male customer. The interesting part is when she goes for a gynecological appointment and surprise, surprise, he’s the doctor.

Once I got past the Everly character, it was a sweet read, albeit a bit juvenile at times. Which for me was funny because the writer’s synopsis called it a filthy read, and some bits were, but all around it doesn’t feel like something I would read again. The end felt a bit hurried, but with a slight realistic feel to it.

All in all, I rated it 3 out 5 stars. It’s a decent way to pass the time. I might give the other books in the series a try, but for now, I will continue to shop my stash.

Until next time, Happy Reading
